A friend of mine just vented that she doesn't understand why companies are forcing employees to vaccinate. And off the top of my head I remembered that Telkom just joined the fray.
That's how an unofficial vaccine mandate, that's deemed unconstitutional, is being covertly implemented and forced upon unsuspecting working men and women.
They are targeted based on the power that the employer exerts on those who have something formal to prove and also to lose.
This is a poweful stick that the employer wields. One that is capable of rewarding and punishing the employee base. It is an underhanded but effective guerilla warfare strategy or tactic. And government has found a willing partner in Nedlac and entities that have a reliance on government approvals, tenders and awards etc to operate.
So in banking, for all the fraud that they are believed to have seemingly done, our government may easily, and I do suspect this has happened, have called off the Competition Commission (which gov runs via the DTI) to not pursue criminal charges and other strenuous sanctions for eg aiding Glencore in their rogue schemes, funnelling the Gupta millions or billions, the international proven currency manipulations in league with other banks etc. So as a let off, the banks implicated need to apply mandatory vaccinations. So that it seems that the sector has embraced vaccinations and thats the standard set for all other parties in the sector.
Name any sector, the modus operandi is the same.
The most worrying thing for many of us who have held firm from vaccinating is that the number of vaccinated individuals is slowly but surely on an upward trend. And the dreaded ticker is, once the +50% threshold is met, then the majority rule may be enforced. And if it does kick in, at that point a mandatory societal vaccinations program can be installed and be more enforceable than if the number of vaccinated were below 50% as they are now.
We all need to eradicate this veiled government mandatory vaccinations program now.
We need to petition the Constitutional Court for immediate intervention of the glaringly obvious abuse by employers and the contravention of the Constitution and specifically the Bill of Rights and personal freedoms as enshrined in the Constitution and common law.
Here is a viewpoint by Neasa on the vaccination drive by the government. As a FRIEND OF FASA, Neasa have from the beginning stood firm against mandatory vaccinations and believe in the freedom of choice of every employee. They stand by that belief.
